Fun vehicles like the Toyota Ipsum - known as the Picnic in the North American markets - can easily be found at your local used car dealer.  Since Toyotas run for quite a long while, you may have difficulty finding a used one, but it never hurts to look.  Check with your local Toyota dealer to see if they have any used Picnics on the lot or consider importing an Ipsum straight from Japan.  You will save a lot of money by bringing one over from Japan, and instead of spending all your money on a new one you can have a used one that is in just as good a shape.
